It started as a hands-on culinary project focused on private events, live cooking experiences, and bespoke menus created directly for guests, brands, and exclusive locations.
Over the years, GoChef evolved through real kitchens, real services, and real pressure. Events, pop-ups, private dinners, and hospitality projects became the foundation of a practical and experience-driven approach.
Those experiences, documented through events, dishes, and collaborations, are still part of GoChef’s identity and remain visible throughout the project.
Today, that same operational background is applied to consulting, staff training, and hospitality support — turning experience into structure, method, and measurable value.

Massimiliano Capolei

Born in Trentino Alto-Adige and raised on the Italian Island of Sardinia, Massimiliano has always had a passion for cooking.
At a young age, and with his heritage in mind, he developed a culinary marriage between the land and sea that offers you a fusion of Mediterranean and mountain cuisine.
At the age of 34, he left Italy for Greece, Albania, and Croatia in the search of new culinary experiences only to arrive in Spain in May 2022.
It is here in Spain that Massimiliano started to develop an idea to solve a need, and the result was the birth of GoChef. The idea with GoChef is to offer both products and services directly
on-site, in the comfort of your private home.
A private home service where you can experience conviviality, trust, complete confidentiality, and of course, the gastronomical journey of a lifetime.
We create customized menus in line with the needs and requirements of the customer.
The menu proposals are made individually in order to guarantee food preferences and intolerances.
